I love this place. It overlooks Civic Center Park, which is such a beautiful setting. It’s a shame we hadn’t been in some time. We had just flown in from a jam-packed holiday trip to an empty refrigerator and were starving. It was a packed Friday night in Old Town Scottsdale, so my first thought was pizza—quick and easy. We passed two places with crowds of people waiting outside for tables. Sasaki is tucked away, so I was hoping we’d get lucky—and we did. We were seated right away. This place is great and definitely feels like a locals’ spot. It’s laid-back and reminds me of a European restaurant, with a smaller staff that works the entire place. You can really take your time and enjoy the evening. We had the miso soup, cucumber salad, spring rolls, scallion pancakes, Tootie Roll, nigiri, and the Flaming Dragon. Everything tasted great and felt like a true comfort meal. Highly recommend.

Visiting from out of town, and was greeted by nice people. It is very clean, clean tables, no sticky seats, TV, and overall a 5/5 area. Service was great, and food was out in less than 10 mins. Food was delicious my dad even got seconds ! Very much recommend.

I love this place. Best Teriyaki sushi bowl ever. All their sushi rolls are very very good and happy hour has the best value for your buck anywhere in Scottsdale. $4 appetizers!!!!!!!!!

We popped into Sasaki Sushi & Bar in Old Town Scottsdale on a Tuesday, and what a win all-day happy hour! The food was really good (we enjoyed some solid ramen and noodle bowls from the menu), the staff was super nice and attentive, and the happy hour prices made everything feel like an incredible deal. Super relaxed vibe right by the Scottsdale Mall area. We'll definitely be back, especially on Tuesdays for that extended happy hour value. Great spot for casual sushi and drinks

We came here on Thursday evening after a quick Google search and had a lovely meal! The staff was super friendly and the sushi was very fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The place is nice, food delicious, service excelent. My husband and I really enjoyed dinner. We got miso soup, SPICY edamames, gyozas, 3 different rolls and everything was as my expectations!!

Simple menu with rolls, sashimi, nigiri and a few main dishes. It was pretty empty but I can see it being a happening place during the weekends. Great service. Food was good too. Ordered the spicy edamame, the seaweed salad (recommended), Godzilla roll, tempura udon (recommended), kontatsu ramen, lotus Chicken, and piece salmon nigiri. Came out to be around $70.
